Rainbow Skies is a good role-playing game whose accomplishments are held back by its indie origins along with a few head-scratching design decisions. As a $30 PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita title, there’s a sense that its multi-platform nature severely limits the game’s scope.
